The Science Policy Advocacy Network (SPAN) at UAB is a student-led organization that seeks to enhance science policy literacy among graduate students, to foster connections our with communities, local policymakers and academics.
The goal of this Pepper Place Science outreach is to build connections between UAB Researchers and the Birmingham community. The event is entirely apolitical.
